Any of the mud motor/boat companies will build a rig like that. Gator-Tail, Gator Trax, Prodigy Boats, Go Devil, Pro Drive, etc all have options to build you anything that you can dream up! The Prodigy Boats site has a huge pic gallery with everything from bow fishing rigs, shallow draft jet tunnel boats, bay boats, to Florida style poling skiffs.
Saw a couple like that on Kentucky Lake a couple years back.......WOW! Now those were some rigs!
