My trolling motor cable is hitting the corner of top graph on my dual 12" mount on the bow of my 2023 FXR20. Anyone modified the gimbal mount to move the top graph over an inch or two? Or did anyone go with an aftermarket mount to shift everything over?
i just move cables around the edge when i deploy trolling motor

I use one due to width of Ghost platform and cable running down the side... Of course you need the BBT Dual Mount setup if you don't already have it.
Yes BBT mount allows for slightly offset from center mounting. A little hard to see but the mount it self that the silver BBT bracket bolts on to is elongated to the side furthest away from the TM, allowing for graphs to be secured further away. Occasionally the TM cable still comes into contact with the top left corner of top graph but fortunately, it's not at all difficult to move it over.Attachment 518427Attachment 518428Attachment 518429

Str8up mounts offers a 2" offset....reasonably priced too. I've heard good things about Precision Sonar mounts as well!
