Did Recent rains mess up these areas too much? Noticed local creeks didn't take a beating. So hoping. Heading out Wednesday and try to decide on Flats area or Sassafras as it's never effect by the runoff, but doesn't fish nearly as good.

I was on the I95 bridge Sunday afternoon and the river looked high and muddy. Pretty sure I could see the water coming through the floodgates on the Conowingo dam.
They are running flood gate. But generating is down. To 3 and 4 with 6 to 9 flood gates.
How is the Upper Bay area looking this week. I finally have some free time to hit the water this “hot” weekend and was deciding if I should fish the Upper Bay or Potomac. Any major tournaments out of Havre De Grace or Northeast this weekend?
