Which do you prefer, an R bend wire or a twist bend?
I like the versatility of the twist myself. It keeps the knot and line where it should be.

I use the R bend exclusively.....I've lost too many fish when the line gets pinched in the twist.
R bend for the same reasons as above. I have very little issue with the knot getting out of place. I tie a Palomar 90% of the time.

R bend. I have had spinnerbaits break at the R bend but still like the R over the twisted wire.
R bend.......cut a small piece of plastic tube and put it on the bend then tie on line.
