Anyone ever used this ramp?

Marshall Hall. If so what's the ramp fee and is it ok?

This ramp is fine except when the river has a lot of debris, it will wash up on the ramp. If there are high winds it makes it a little tough since there is no protection and it it is on the main river. No ramp fee though. The parking lot gets policed, i have heard stories but i feel very safe keeping my truck there.
