Steering help AGAIN on F225TLR

Last week the end cap on my Sea Star cylinder loosened up on me and leaked out my fluid. So i went thru bubble purging/bleeding the system and refilling. Everything has been fine. But ive now noticed ive got a puddle of hydraulic fluid under my console looks to be leaking from the line that runs next to steering column on my 2009 ZX225 Skeeter. I believe i noticed this leak before and dismissed it as water. So i dont think its related to what i did last week but im not sure. Has anyone else had a leak like this

2002 ZX Skeeter: Once in a while I have some drips from the fill line that goes from top of console to the Seastar helm unit. The hose clamps can loosen, but they're up out of sight so a little tricky to see.... If you reach around up there you may feel where the fluid is coming from.
