What plug should I use for my 24v ulterra and do I need a breaker on the positive side at batteries? I will be ordering everything from bass pro/Cabela's since I have club points to use.

I have a 24v Ulterra as well. I like to stick with the same brand as the motor as if there was ever an issue, I can show I was using what they made. Maybe overkill, but trying to save $20 after spending over $2k seems silly to me. That's just me, though, there will certainly be a range of good options.
You will need a breaker - most likely the 60 amp. This one is working great for me: MKR-19
This is the Minn Kota plug I use. Could not be any happier with it: MKR-26
I matched my Ulterra 24V to the existing Tracker receptacle. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I do not recommend this plug for that troll motor. You are cutting yourself short and buying a Porcha and parking it in a cardboard box.
You are asking for trouble with that plug.
Buy you a good plug. Battery tender or Marinco or Minn Kota.
