Re: A-Rig maker (bobbyscott21)
In this case he shouldn't minded as he was making them to sell.. But, if you'd prefer not to seem creepy, just give them your number..
Hope you find this guy..

Re: A-Rig maker (Coach Abu)
Not fancy but works for now. Planning on getting some PVC to hing it so you can put on the rod while attached and add an outer ring on the bottom for the hooks to sit under.

I will even give ya "props" for that one also!!!
Re: A-Rig maker (packfan)
If you go to the Dollar store and pick up a big pack of plastic hair clamps (don't steal them from your wife!), you can clip them to the rod and around the rig with one hand. Cheap if you lose them (or step on them)
We use these on our Posse rigs all the time!

Re: A-Rig maker (bobbyscott21)
Just take the core from a roll of paper towels and cut it in half and you'll have two storage units.

Re: A-Rig maker (packfan)
Now thats the Coopguyver type of thing I expect!
Re: A-Rig maker (bobbyscott21)
take a splite ring and insert it around the wires . then you pull it dow to the lures it colapse the rig simply slide it up to the head of the rig to fish, works great also bread bag ties work and store in you pocket
Re: A-Rig maker (Frank A)
I swung by Truesouth yesterday and received a newly designed bladed rig called the "Flashy 5" to throw tomorrow on Norman. Also got the first 6-wire prototype rig I am dubbing "The Six Pack". Its very cool I will post some pics later.
Re: A-Rig maker (SteveDyer)
thats awomse .. im trying to see if john would make a 4 rig on a swivel .. instead of the poxy head...
post some pics steve and good luck tomorrow!
Re: A-Rig maker (Coach Abu)
You think it will spin? I have less luck with baits that don't run true. I want there to be lots of action, but I dont want cranks running sideways or swimbaits and frogs that do a lot of flipping over. The wire rigs with swimbaits defiantly get the best action if they retrieve without rotating. You might could get by with grubs or paddle tails like that.
Re: A-Rig maker (SteveDyer)
The Posse rig that I use has a very staightforward minimal system for securing the wires without any "fish heads" or extra lead weight. Some folks put a swivel on the front but it really isn't necessary if the swimbaits are rigged correctly. The torque from the blades on the Posse act as a stabilizer and the system runs without rolling over on a normal retrieve.
I would expect most bladed rigs will have similar behavior. It's just up to the angler if they want a fish head leading the way. In my experience, it's mostly to catch the fisherman rather than fish. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif

Re: A-Rig maker (SteveDyer)
ya i was thinking more grubs or paddle tales.. and i really do think it will spin if loose enough and with the right swivil connection. Im not good at that stuff so i left it to the master.. something to look into.
in all seriouseness im with you on banning from the flw up ... they have ways of watching and catching peeps.. in small no name tournaments and fun fishing .. have at it... i hope it doesnt hurt fishing .. but heck... keeping fish in the slot hurts fishing!!! Saw that done a lot on harris!
Re: A-Rig maker (Coach Abu)
Roy,
I was speaking towards having a swivel on it...I agree the head is irrelevant. The Posse is as minimal as it gets..guy should be shot for pricing it at $24
