BEST location to bring 250 4 Stoke Mercury -FULL service

Located in Charlotte North Carolina

I need a 300 hour service on my Mercury 4 stroke. (250 HP)

I want the actual full service, not a "just motor and lower unit oil change"
I have been told by some dealers, "Nah you don't really need all that much done to it"

It needs to be done right. But also Fast (1 week) turn around time would be nice.
