Where did you end up staying?
Staying at Sportsmans inn. Look me up.
Tony stay the hey out of "Three Sisters" http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif and go to the Chowan to catch some fish http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif
BUT the 3 sisters have 4 daughters and a thumb... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/roll.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/roll.gif
--Last I heard Ive got a room at the Port O plymouth inn, Wish I could have got one at the Sportsman. do you think its worth call there and seeing if anyone dropped their room?
probably a wasted call. I' thinkin about running to the yeopim or edenton bay.
Guys, if you can't find a room, you can always stay in washington or williamston...it is about a 20-30 minute drive, but they have plenty of hotels to chose from. I am expecting some nice bags at this tournament. I unfortunately did not fish the federation this year....I would say it will take around a 14-15lb average per day to win, out of the Chowan. The most frustrating thing about these rivers is that there are about 50 billion 13" fish http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif There is going to be a cooling trend next week, and I expect that to really turn the fish on. High 70's/low 80's for the high, in the mid 50's for the low. Well, there's my $.02 http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif

It won't take that total for two days...it didn't take that on Gaston and its twice the fishery.

You look me up---I'm there also
Steve, I beg to differ. Gaston may kick out more keepers, but these rivers will always produce those numbers this time of year, especially with the expected cooling trend. I think it will probably take about 10-12 lbs per day to make the top 12.
Chris
Just a heads up.... two tournaments out of Bethel on the Yeopium Saturday. Told that a Va club is fishing the Perquimans on Saturday also.
Two nice motels in Edenton also. 20-30 minutes to ramp.
thanks Buck
I'm going to stick my neck out and say, the man that watches the boat ramp all day will be in the top 5 with 26.1 two day total. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
I hear ya
