Hey guys, I'm meeting a buddy at the Panther Friday for some night fishing. I've been there twice last year, and never caught a single dang fish.
We're thinking we need to stay in the channel and fish the drops, but that's as much of a "plan" as we can come up with. Any advice would be useful. Thanks, guys. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif I'll dance at your next wedding.
I have none ! I've never caught a fish in three trips (neither did my partner).

isnt calling panther a forrest service lake? like okissah. only open 30 min. before and after sunrise/sunset. just fyi.
Havent been to panther since it opened and we caught plenty of fish, nice ones too. We started fishing right by the boat ramp and started catching some.

Calling Panther is a MDWFP lake

Oh well....me and a buddy fished from about 8 pm till 230 am with nothing to show for it. He caught a couple 12" fish from the pier and the neighboring bank while waiting on me to get there, but we never did find any fish once we got in the boat.
The water temp was still hovering right around 90, even at 2 in the morning...
