livewell recirculation problem help

My problem , I have a zx225 2019 , battery agm 31 new when brought the boat home end of march so load up the livewell put on recirculate runs like it should maybe 4 or 5 hours later it just doesn't blast like it should just runs out like an old man peeing , I am running a 12 bird and 2 10 birds at the bow
talked to dealer gave me a new pump installed and still having problem the fill pump I run to make sure I have fresh water in case the other goes nuts , have lost some key fish in tournament , any ideas I owned a tzx 190 before this and recirculate ran all day no problem .

That sounds like to me plastic or foam from the build is getting clogged. Pull the screens and flush everything good. If they draw down to the point of trickle the motor would never start
