I don't have an answer for that one so we are going to have to wait for someone to come along that can answer it. There is a seat here out of a 2008 that has a set of slides mounted to the bottom of it. It looks like it was somewhat difficult to remove unless one knew where to get to the nuts on those bolts. I would think there would have to be an access plate for them. (?)
Hi Carol I have a 22 ft triton the seats that you posted above (the second set underneath the ones with the red center) I am very interested I am very interested in talking to you about them please give me a call 850 557 0991
I have a 2000 Tr-186 with seats that match the second photo. Looks like maybe even same color (Gray). I only need work on the port side lower seat portion, the back rest part is fine. All the padding is fine it only needs recovering. Can you give an estimate on that including shipping please?
To get just the bottom cushion recovered would be $154. I need a zip code to estimate the shipping. The problem is going to be matching the vinyl. Both the dark grey and light grey they used from 2000 to 2003 has been discontinued. The new vinyl is basically a shade darker. With the age on the seats, it wouldn't match exactly even if they had the original.
You can shoot me an IM with your zip if you would rather.
My zip code is 63051. Would the seat I get recovered be close enough to the drivers seat to match, or would I have to get them both done (mine is the light gray). I know it's hard to say without seeing the seat so I'm just asking your professional opinion on the matter. The boat is garaged and almost always covered when not on the water. I also regularly use BBS on everything on the boat. Thanks for the replies Carol.
I'm going to guesstimate ~ $30 on the shipping for one seat bottom. No, it isn't going to match either the drivers seat or the back to the passenger seat. How much difference there is will greatly depend on the condition of yours. From the sounds of things, yours should be in very good condition, very well taken care of. So they should be close to the original color. If you got both bottoms done, it would probably look better than just getting one done. It would look more like a 2 tone set than the one cushion sticking out like a sore thumb.
Anyone else got a thought on that?
