Planning a bass fishing trip to Norris , Andersonville dock. I haven't been on Norris for 20 years. What are the bass doing? depth they are holding? any help would be appreciated?
    Thanks in advance.

Completely opposite from g'ville. Its a deep and clear lake, smallmouth heaven! There used to be a good bait shop in Knoxville with a cool staff, one limit bait shop. They can help you out if they are still open.

The "Coach" is correct. The two lakes are polar opposites. Sadly, One Limit is no longer in business. Norris is some beautiful country. Good luck!

Also, "Andersonville Boat Dock" is no longer "Andersonville Boat Dock" - Ike sold the place to a private developer and "public launching" is no longer allowed there unless you're a property owner or have a boat slip. It's called "Waterside Marina" these days.

I love Norris - it's definitely one of the most beautiful lakes anywhere, but because it's so old, so deep, and so clear, it can be tough to fish at times. Hope you have fun!

Yep - Chris is a good guy, haven't talked to him in a long time. I hated to see 1 Limit go under myself...

I am staying at "Doe Crossing" in La Follette Tenn. I'll be there around 3 tomoro and staying until Monday morning,,,,, from what I'm seeing on the map it's across from a marina and that lake looks crazy! meaning it looks skinny with a lot of coves, fingers ,or branches , whatever you want to call them. I'm staying at a house in a gated community, and if any of you are on the lake give me a shout , here's my cell 740-550-1601
