    Rodman Reservoir help

Planning a trip up there for my birthday at the end of the month because I’ve never been. I was just wondering what I should bring colors-wise. I want to spend the day learning the place. Just wondering what sort of tackle I should bring as far as plastics colors and hard bait colors.

July, Aug, and Sept, there's a 50/50 chance that one of the ramps will be choked out with lettuce. Know the location of the Orange Springs ramp and the camp ground ramp before you get there. PLEASE do not call the ass hats at FWC and complain the ramps or trails are clogged. they will just look for a reason to spray and ruin the ramps for two months like the did last year. Be careful running in there. if you see someone running wide ass open( like me, LOL) some where please dont assume it's safe. You have to KNOW where you can run and where you can't.

It's only about 15 minutes between the ramps. The camp ground is a pain because it is not public and you have to go in through the park by the dam. I KNOW Orange springs was wide open Saturday. and it was clear to the lock. IDK about Kenwood.

As long as it's green you could plow out through that. if FWC sprays it and it turns brown , then don't try, it will clog your screen.
