Fx 20 vs 21

Looking at buying a 2019 fx 21 this weekend. I have driven a new fox 20 but not a 21. Dealer does not have a 21 demo boat. What are the main differences in these two boats? Ride, holeshot, speed, fishablity, etc. my Current boat is a 520c and looking to move to a skeeter. Thanks

I have owned both. The biggest difference will be the ride, your basically looking at foot between the two. Speed and acceleration will go to the FX20. Fishability will be close, although the FX21 has a larger deck.

I was surprised how well the fx21 rode in rough water, compared to my fx20. I have heard mixed opinions on the ride, but my experience is that the FX21 rides pretty darn well. My fishing partner runs a phoenix 721 and it seems to be on par with his boat, we both fish St. Clair a lot, taking turns on who's boat we use.

I would go 21. It will be more comparable in size to what you have now
