Prop Suggestions, 1999 Triton TR-21 with New 4 Stroke 300R?

Prop Suggestions, 1999 Triton TR-21 with New 4 Stroke 300R? I was running a 300XS before. Croxton Worked 26 Trophy Plus, Tempest Plus, and Bravo seemed to do well on that engine. What You Think?

start with what you have but I believe that you are going to end up with a much bigger prop and most likely a 5 blade. They are torque monsters with alot of exhaust flow. Lots of good data on the allison and bullet forums. Be careful it is going to be faster than a torque master will handle. I would think its going to be in the 90s

With a coned lower, Mine ran 86 in a tourney. Myself, 30 gal fuel and my gear. How high can those TM’s run?

I wouldn't run one at 90 MPH. The issue wouldn't be water pressure, but blowout is for real!

I have had a prop blowout 3 times, didn’t hook, but veered right and laid down. Zero control for a few seconds. Not violent, no guarantees it wouldn’t be though. I’d like to see what that big sporty would do on our hulls.

No reason a 300R would not push 90+ on a older TR boat

Please keep us posted with your results. I could help you if you were running a sporty. Done lots of testing there...waiting on TM to do more testing. If you got a hydra jackplate, the sporty is the best of both worlds...keep it low while carrying a load, lift it high while running light and fast...without a hydra jackplate, TM is likely best way to go..
