Mercury does not offer "download service manuals"- they are PRINT (hard) copy.
Any you might find would be bootleg.
Any Mercury Dealer (Sherm @ Sherm's Marine, Our Parts Department, or any dealer's Parts Department) can sell you a Mercury Service Manual based on your engine's serial number.
BTW... 2.5L models (such as yours) are discussed in-depth one forum down from this one.
