What are options for hose bulkheads or grommets?

I have a new blade with the grommets on the hoses already. It's fine, simple enough to install, but are there any options for making one hole for both hoses (or 4 if I add a second pole in the future)? I looked at how Legend runs hoses, photos on their website appear to show one rectangular grommet type thing with all 4 hoses going through in one place.

Trying to minimize the number of holes I have to put in my Champ. Also, really like the hose sock thing for keeping both hoses together and clean. Where do you source that?

I think I used a 2" hole saw bit on my drill, maybe it was 1.5" I can't remember, in the middle of my splash well and fed all 4 lines through there, and then put a stainless clam shell over it.

It looks good and water doesn't really get in.

I took 2 rod socks, cut the ends off of them, and put one on each set of hoses and sent them through the hole and fed them back into the poles. Looks really clean.
