    Pedestal Seat Insert Removal

    Does anyone know the best way to remove the insert that the pedestal fits into? On the Sabre I'm restoring the holes are too big and one of them is cocked to the side so the pedestal is crooked. Are they just press fit? I'm just going to make some new ones out of Delrin at work. Boat is an 89 Sabre.

    Use a small chisel and cut it then remove.
