    Another "All Welded" Cracked Hull thread.

    I'm 100% Convinced the best way to build an Aluminum bass boat whether Mod V or V hull is by Rivited construction. It allows a minimal amount of flex, whereas a Weld allows no flex.

    Cracks happen, weld it touch up paint and fish on. Motor issue is the same way.

    OP good luck getting any info, My Triton had cracks in the Transom and was sent back to factory. should have been same place your's is going, they build them both Ranger and Triton at the same place. mine was gone 6 or 7 weeks best I remember, But I think most of the time was waiting on shipping back to dealer. best I understand is they wait to a dealer close by or your dealer orders new boats and they send it with the new order, unless you live really close to the factory
