I don't know you but I wouldn't lie to you. The ramp is horrible. Yes, it is concrete, but, It's flat and with my four runner my back tires are almost submerged when launching. When retrieving the boat, It's either get wet up to my waist or crawl through the back of my suv to get to the drivers seat. And, did I mention after a hard rain the place gets filled with debris and trees and logs and bottles....Grand Glaize creek, the tributary to simpson lake so to speak, runs through much of west county behind schools, auto parts stores etc...plenty of litter accumulates and when we get a bad storm it all gets dumped into the lake. It's a Shithole.

Sunnen has been fair a lot of pressure
Sunnen lake is starting to fish good again. The last couple years the quality is getting better.
