    Lost My Lease

    Good afternoon guys,
    Dad an I have had a lease for 13 years in SC, 313 acres, long story short the owner passed and all of the time spent on property improvement/handshakes with the owner weren't passed along to the next generation. It was good while it lasted and we've been blessed to create thousands of memories there. So here I am looking for a new lease and starting over, if anyone knows of anything in SC, OH, or Indiana I'd be grateful if you passed it along!

    I feel your pain. The owner of my lease had the property clear cut last month. It will probably be good again in a couple of years, but it's ruined now. It looks like a big parking lot.

    Same here we had 1100 acres they were suppose to spread ot out over 3 years 1/3 per year nope all in one summer. Then would spray it a few weeks before season starts. And no price cut they said "look at the view we gave you." now I can't find any worth a crap
