    SHO250 & 20i setups

I got a new motor on my boat, do the SHO and HPDI's run similar motor heights?
wondering if I need to move mine up or down. Right now Im getting about 66/67 at 5500

My 20i/250 SHO ran best with a 25T1. I agree you probably need to drop in pitch.

How are you liking the 250 SHO on the 07 20i? I have an 06 that I'm considering repowering...

So far its great! I didnt really have another option unless I went to Merc or Evinrude, etc... seems from what I was told that most 07 HPDIs have already been rebuilt and loaners are hard to find.
Since I had a Yam on it before, the throttle, ignition and steering was usable
I went new so I wouldnt have to worry about lower unit or injectors, other stuff causing a problem
It is quieter thats for sure, no constantly refilling the oil res after every trip and gas consumption has been less too

Nice.. yeah, makes sense on the concerns from other parts going out or causing a new problem. Getting good speed with the sho I"m sure too... congrats on the new motor!
