What was your RPMs on that run when you hit 67? GPS or speedo?

Also, what is the reason you want a 3 blade?

well i figued it would run better with a 3 blade.. it is a rocket out of the hole so i dont thing it would have a problem with coming out of the hole with a 3 blade... what your thoughts?

I don't know what his thoughts are but mine is don't touch anything...a 175 on a 19SS running 67 GPS is about as good as you can expect and probably a couple mph better than most.

You said the prop had a 13.5" diameter...FYI that's how you can turn a 25 pitch. If you went with a 3 blade with 14.5" diameter you would drop down to a 24 pitch. Plus if you went to a 4 blade Bravo I there is no way you could turn a 25 pitch because they come in 15.25" diameter. Diameter play as much into the prop selection process as pitch. You have a small diameter prop so that's how you able to turn a higher than normal pitch.

Based on what you posted you're dialed in pretty good. Out of curiosity what is your rpm when running 67 GPS with your 25 renegade bass prop?

I have the exact same boat and motor and am lucky to see 60 gps with a tailwind using my worked 14x24 3-blade that tops out at 5200rpm. I also have a 13.5x23 4-blade Renegade that tops out around 56-57 gps at 5700 rpm, which is over the recommended 5500 max, so I usually don't push it. My boat is loaded up for tournament fishing, though, so I'm heavy. Of the 2, the 4 blade is by far the best all around, and provides a significantly better hole shot under load. Once you load your tackle, 2 fishermen, tank of fuel, and 2 full live wells, the 3-blade takes forever to get on plane.
