Pro Team 175... how much carpet to order?

I just purchased a 2001 Pro Team 175 with a 75hp Tracker labled Merc and some seriously bad carpet / decks. How much carpet do I need? I'm thinking 8x20' and about a case of beer. Are my estimations within reason?

I would go 8x25 you need about 10' longer than your boat, there is a lot of carpet in a tracker, and at least 4 cases of Beer, I just re carpeted the front deck on my 190 and it took 3 quarts of glue, just for the front deck, and it's a pain in the a$$. you will need as a bunch of small clamps some 1 x2 for covering the door lids.

I used 27' when I recarpeted my 17' TX 17 3-4 years ago. I originally though 22' would be enough. Nope, had to go buy 5' more and I had virtually no waste.

    8’x30’ and had a 5’ piece left.
Do yourself a big favor and get 3M Super77 spray adhesive. I’ll never use the can goop again.

I have a rebuild tread on here. You might find something useful.

Thanks Glen, I'll check out your rebuild thread now!

I called back and ordered an additional 3' (24' total, they only sell in 5' increments). I've got Super77 in the garage and a jug of Landau spray adhesive on the way. I did a trailer with the canned stuff and knew there had to be a better way.

I used every bit of 2 8'x25' rolls for my boat. That is recarpeting EVERYTHING in the boat
