    Vertical Metal Carport

Just ordered a 24x46x14 to cover my 37' Cardinal 5th Wheel. This Louisiana sun is hot, hoping the carport will help keep it cooler and easier on the air conditioners. Also it's going to help keeping it dry,and not have to worry about leaks. Now the wait for the install crew to get here. They say 4-6 weeks, but it's summer and may take longer.

How many of you out there have a cover over camper?

I do and have had for years. They really help protect them. They don't go down nearly as fast.

Got one over my Jayco 5th wheel. Works great at keeping it out of the weather. 14x36x14

I built a 20 x 40 x 16 all steel building for mine. Can set up the camper completely inside. Keystone Montana 3921 FB.

We put up a 24x48x16 fully enclosed metal building behind the house for our diesel pusher. Have to keep them out of the sun and elements as much as possible.

I have a 20X36X12 over mine and am about to enclose it on 3 sides and add a 30’ shop on the back. I have half side walls now. Definitely want to keep it out of the weather when stored.

The cost can vary depending on what style building and foundation you go with. I am on poured concrete with red iron frame. Metal walls but no doors (yet) or windows. I’ve got about $8000.00 in it so far.
