    Love flounder. Hate cleaning them. I guess mostly I don't know what I am doing. I make a T cut and filet it off but it is slow for me.

    I always thought they were pretty easy to filet.

    I filet Fluke a lot, a sharp flexible knife is a must !

    Same. Doesn't take too long at all. Like most things, a sharp knife helps.

    Sharp knife is key. They are not hard to clean after you have done it a few times and get the hang of it

    I really enjoy fishing for them. It’s like throwing a jig on the bottom for me.
