If so someone get it started and see how many might be interested. I am busy working on cabins and land there but I will volunteer to do anything that is needed up here. Don't have a clue how to put one together but can be of assistance to someone who does. Fall would be a comfortable time. To get enough maybe anyone from Ms. TN. Or Al. that wants to do this. Would be fun to see what all us idiots that post on here actually look like.
I’m still up for it, only work is a nightmare to plan around. We are scheduled ot for the foreseeable future. I agree, October is when we’ve had it in the past. I’m gonna have to wait and see what it looks like in a month or two.Originally Posted by rboren

Really all we need is a firm date so all the knuckleheads can find somewhere to stay. We can figure out the food and activities closer to the time. Since this shouldn’t be a full blown “rally” we won’t need all the bells and whistles unless some body wants to contact any sponsors for door prizes,etc.
I agree that it needs to be a simple " get together ". But the sooner someone comes up with possible dates,the sooner someone can be making plans or arrangements. Not a problem for me but might be for some who have to travel a ways or like you have to arrange something out with work. Don't seem to be much interest anyway. It's hard to get people together for just a fun day. Life can be too busy for most. I am retired but actually busier than ever. But that is of my own doing.
