2007 25HP 4-Stoke Electric Start

Looking at a boat with the above engine. I have not seen the boat in person. The owner gave me the above info so I want to get some an idea of worth. Checked the NADA and no listing for a 25? was there a 25HP made in 2007, if so what the estimated worth? I want do a compression check, what size are the spark plugs.
