Need advice on recess tray install on 1996 zx200c

Anyone installed a recess tray on a 1996 zx200c ?
Will i have any issues?

I am not sure on how different the 1996 ZX200c is from the 1997 ZX185c, but I did install a Comfortroll tray on that boat when I owned it. Install was fairly easy and I say "fairly" as the toughest part was getting up the nerve to make that first cut. I took out the front storage box to verify that there wasn't anything that would cause any issues and there wasn't. Just make sure you measure and re-measure, and maybe measure again (lol) to ensure that you have the right dimensions.

I did on my 1996 Skeeter ZX 200 C, with no problems at all just make sure that there are no wires crossing over in the area where the cut out is you can check it by pulling back the carpet in the front locker there should be a small hole that you can look thru. hope this helps.

I did one on my zx185c also I used the R&R tray and the only thing I can say is cut it a little big then have a fiberglass shop glass in the exposed foam so it doesn't absorb any water

I have a 1996 zx200c that came with a recessed tray installed when I bought it. I don't notice any weakness in the deck or see any issues with it.

Did one on my 95 150ZX. Just getting past the part of cutting a hole in my perfectly good floor was the hardest part.

For those who care, the cheap $68 tray off ebay will fit the ultrex
