Has anyone been able to flush mount a 12 live in the dash of aZ519?
Depends on what year. The 2011 and 2012 is a no - biggest was an 8". The newer ones will accepta 12".
I have a 2014 Z119c (same hull) and I mounted a 12 carbon flush mounted.

Take a look at the Precision Sonar Smart Bracket. Will get the screen up a bit higher ..... steering wheel will obstruct 1/3 of screen with a flush mount (unless you are 6'-4) My 2013 would not accept a 12" flush mount.
Very well built and solid mount and hardware ..... they are pricey.

I have a 520C with a flush mount 12HDS live. I would look around at a few mounts before I flush mount a 12". The flush mounts are not very user friendly. They look good but, on the water they are not really good. I am in the process of removing my flush mounts and getting some good brackets. I am removing the bow flush mount as well.
