Motorguide FW75FB not as powerful as it was

So, my FW75 just doesn't feel like it did when it was new. By that I mean it feels like it's slowly lose some power over the years of use. I'm wondering if this is an indications that the brushes need to be replaced. Trolling batteries are new Duracell Platinum AGM's. That was my first thought that the batteries were just getting old and tired, but replacing those didn't seem to do anything.

Anyone have any experience with this? Or is it time to replace the entire thing?

Over time wires will corrode, breaker won't carry current like they use to, switches won't carry the current and yes, brushes wear and magnets will loose some magnetism. Your motor can be rebuilt and wiring corrected. Just have to find the source of the problem.
