Prop help new to Yamaha

Hi guys and gals, new to Yamaha and have some questions. I repowered my 92 Ranger 361v with a 03 Yamaha vmax hpdi 150. It came with a M21 prop. My wide open throttle is over 6000 (I stoped at 5800) had plenty of pedal left. Speed is 54-55. Installing a 6" Bob's versajack plate this weekend. Wondering what pitch and what props? Also what mercury props will fit this motor?

You need a 23M Pro Series Yamaha prop. Most any prop will fit that motor with the correct hub kit. 23P Tempest Plus would be another good choice, But you need a 835271Q2 flo torq hub kit.

I run a 25M on my 362 / 150Pro V. Have a 23M as backup. A Mercury Tempest Plus would be my next choice behind the Yamaha's.

Way too much pitch as they run 1inch stiff... That is like a 26P. You might try a 23P Fury3...
