    UHD Black Box Required????

    I have a EchoMap Plus 93 and i'm looking at the EchoMap Ultra 106sv with GT54UHD-TM. I know I need a Ethernet cable to connect the two units, but do I need the UHD Black box as well? Or is the UHD built in to the new 106sv?

    From what I know the Ultra units handle the UHD transducers without having to have a black box. Someone that knows 100% can chime in though.

    UHD is built in to the ultra units.

    You can use the GT54 UHD or GT34 UHD transducer direct to the head unit.
