Playing around on the internet today I stumbled across this when I googled my name to see what came up. This poor family was having a seriously bad day!

First class....know it was just all in a day’s work, Trooper Michael...that said, one of my best pals is a man in blue, and as I’ve always told him, you guys take care of all of us like we are family....thanks for all you do! I’m in MN, but have driven through upstate NY on my way from Fishkill to Burlington VT for work, many times.

Not meaning to hijack a thread, but here is a link to a Youth Academy program that myself and another trooper oversee in the summers. We do two a year and this is our third year. The program is growing, its like a patrol boot camp and a typical summer camp rolled into one for 5 days. We teach leadership, team building, core values and other life lessons. A bonus is we’ve taught some of the kids to catch their first fish too! (It’s me they are dumping the ice water on.)

Being a trooper is more than writing tickets and fighting crime!

That is awesome Sir! (not only for your above board actions but also that she would take time to write that) ...... And kudos to the Enterprise employee as well!

I'm surprised the turkey didn't come through the windshield. Most people don't realize how solid of a bird they really are.
