F200xa 3.3 ecu upgrade question

I have a 2012 3.3 200xa with variable timing 4 stroke. I havent had much luck finding anyone that does much with flashing the ecu. Hydra tec dosent and sims I think it was sais only ab a 10hp gain. Everything thing i read said this engine is identical to a 250xa and a simple ecu swap can be done from a 250 anyone have any experience with these engines

An F200XA by definition is a 3.3 liter four stroke model with variable cam shaft timing.

Due to the relatively low volume of sales for this model it is doubtful that anyone has gone to the time and effort of developing an ECU upgrade. Installing an F250XA ECU, or late model F250TXR ECU, would be the way to get to where you want to go.
