Dunno. But we've been getting hit hard with storms nearly every afternoon on the east coast.

As far as looking up parts, I did last week. Also about a month ago and a couple months ago. No issues.

I looked parts up the other day. You have to use the drop down window at the top once you have added all the required info, IE engine serial and what not. Now the pricing was not correct for what I was looking for. But the parts catalog did work.

Site does not work for most people. I told Don about it in May and even told him what was wrong. He dismissed it as my error. Their web site is messed up. I just started buying parts elsewhere. When you tell somebody their site is broken and even tell them what’s wrong and they don’t fix it, it’s not worth the effort.

I guess I'll have to buy my parts elsewhere. Too bad. I've had good luck with them in the past.

Safari, Chrome and Opera on an iPad, Safari and Opera on an iPhone, and Chrome and Edge on Win 10. Doesn’t work on any of them. Guess I could try Firefox on one of my Linux boxes, but my bet is it is not a browser issue. Plus, I know there is an error in the redirect on their site.

The problem is they redirect to www.mercurypartsonline.net. There is no server there. It’s just mercurypartsonline.net and some name servers don’t see it. Once your browser goes to the right site, the www page will work. Probably browser autocomplete.

Any prices showing in the catalog itself are Outdated- unfortunately we have no control over that as Mercury sourced the catalog out to an outside company a few years ago.

Part Numbers and Pricing in the SHOPPING CART is kept up to date on a very regular basis. That, we can (and do) keep updated and controlled.

Not sure where you come up with your information- but really didn't appreciate the jabs and derogatory comments about our website. Certainly expect more from a fellow moderator.

    Just plain "not cool".

We had a massive thunderstorm the night of the 17th, which knocked out power and eventually the battery backup for the server. Since Rhonda and I were out of town, I had to get someone local to coordinate with the power company, and go by to restart the server.
