    The Norman's Thin N has been a consistent producer for me in tidal water. Same proportions, around 2in long. Another secret squirrel bait is the Daiwa Peanut. Not square, but a small bait easy to throw in a little breeze. The Clunn Luck E Strike square bills may be similar. A little light for casting gear though.

    Bandit crank baits aren't really flat sided like some may be but they seem to have the perfect wobble. Not really wide like a dt6 or something alike and not as tight and erratic as the rat l traps. Bandits usually run true out of the box and have some decent hooks. Cheap too.
