Was having a livewell issue and pulled cartridge pumps out and noticed one was a 500 gph and the other was a 1000 gph. Is this correct or should they both be 1000?

Pretty sure it came with two 5oo’s but you can run two 750’s. I put two 1000’s in my vx518 and if left on continuous,they would flood the well and fill the bilge.I backed up to dual 750.
