Can't decide on which Helix to get.

I have been looking at a Helix 7 mega si g3 or the Helix 8 maga di g3. I can't decide on which one to get.looking for some help. Pros and cons or should I look for a used Helix 9 or save up more money and go with the Helix 8 mega si g3.

I would not get a 7 inch si unit. Either save up and get a bigger unit or buy used. My 2 cents.

I would go with the 8 G3n .... it simply is a far superiour unit compared to the 7. It has twice the power, it has 2 card slots instead of 1, it has a much better transducer that has a dedicated DI element, and it will support the Mega 360 if you ever decided you wanted one.
In my opinion, the 7 is not a good investment.

Go big or go home Helix 12 G3N baby lol. But seriously go big your eyes will thank you later, I'm only 35 and I enjoy looking at my 12 better than my 7.

I too am trying to decide between the helix 8di or the helix 9di. I have seen someone's comments about the 8,I can't find the content. But I think it may have something to do with transferring waypoints or some content to pc, autochart. Not that I am sure about this.

No difference doing waypoint management or map data.
