    Hub drain/fill plug

It was only a matter of time before I screwed up the hex on the plug for UFP oil hubs.

Well it happened and I am going to have to use an EZ out to remove it. Is there anything special about it or can I just pick up what I find at a hardware store?

I went through a few of them on my untill I went to my local Ace and got a regular NPT plug the size I needed. Had to grind off about a 1/4 in or so and put a cut in it for a flat head but works much better in my opinion.

I would think you could get it at a auto parts store or a good hardware store.

When you put the plug back in, add a layer or two of Teflon tape and it will seal good and come out easy the next time.
