Lews spool tension problem

Have a Lews hyper mag that I have to tighten the tension all the way down for a 1/4 oz lure and it will still fall slowly. None of my tournament pros are like this, basically the spool tension knob does very little. Any have this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks

You can add a small shim on the underneath side of the bearing in the palm side cover. Call Lews customer service 1-417-522-1093 and they will send you what you need.
