If you like throwing away $100 it’s a decent battery. East of the Mississippi you can find the identical battery on sale for $160 a couple of times a year and $190 every day. Keep looking and you’ll surely find it cheaper somewhere.

It’s a rebadged AGM Deka Intimidator.
Looks like the Duracell at Sams club is the same battery at $179.00. With the discount the Napa is $186.00. No Sam’s within 100 miles of me so Napa it is.

Im thinking you meant AGM. I’m pulling wet cells battery’s out. PITA to check water levels so I want to go AGM this time. I haven’t found a better deal in my area so I’ll probably have My local Napa order them.

You must be getting a different price than me. It shows me $254.69 retail, $203.75 after 20% off.

    $232.79 per my link less 20% $186.23.

Wondering if anyone has a better price some were. I may join Sams club and have the Duracell batteries shipped.

I don’t think you can get the out west. 186 is pretty good. Odd that NAPA has them so much cheaper there.

I just picked up 3 of the batteries today for 186.23 each. My local Napa matched the online discount price at 20% off that ended last Sat. I’m pleased with the deal.

In stock in sacramento at the price CatFan has, For a cranking battery I prefer the
BAT 7234 Napa, less money and a very strong battery, The current one in my boat for three years, I have never needed to add water to, Not suitable for a trolling motor though.
    Thank You Leon Pugh

Since its commercial battery (calcium lead )...if it actually uses water its life is done. Strong, but shorter than typical life especially if used outside its designed application.

If it died today I feel I have received my moneys worth, If it goes another year I feel it would a better value than a much higher priced AGM, CCA still test very near its rating , and reserve is still holding up very well as state of charge at the end of the day has not changed enough to notice it yet. I don't log the battery data to be real precise though, Cranks my 250 pro like the plugs are out of it.
No doubt there are better batterie's for my application, not at all sure there is better value in the end. Very likely I will go to lithium's when replacement is due
I feel this is a very good battery for dual purpose, cranking and electronics
But I do practice good electron management habits

By the way I see your posts frequently and you do offer a lot to the conversation, curious as to your background, I am a automotive tech and it is easy to see you do know exactly what you are talking about

Always enjoy learning and sharing info with all of you and trying to stay up with ever changing technology even as seen in our boats. Sometimes though I learn that I do not know what I am trying to talk about.

Now am retired from two careers....... former manned flight support engineer working in astronaut training for the 1st 25 missions of shuttle program down in Houston and then worked at Sony Corp's U.S. headquarters when it was based in Silicon Valley.
