I voted yes, but there’s a 50% chance I go with the MG Pro, just need to see some more specs on it. It’s one or the other for me.

Maybe on my next boat. No intention of replacing my Ultrex.

I'ma no.... Not because of anything negative about the Ghost - well maybe other than price. But my Xi5 is doing what I need doing right now. I'd like a longer shaft.... on the Ghost for my style of fishing.

x2 The xi5 does me well right now although I would like to have the extra length the ghost offers. When its windy it will partial come up out of the water. That slurpping sound (if you know what I mean). Wanta see how the spot lock pans out also. Gonna be hard to pay that much for TM.

I've got a 52" ultrex all the way down most of the time . Me thinks 47"may be too short some of the time.

My 24v xi5 was $1280 on sale with a $100 rebate 4 years ago,it's far from perfect, when the GPS was replaced under warrenty it was a 150 mile drive one way to a repair center. I have no idea were the Lowrance repair center would be, and for sure there will be problems as there is with any brand, and the $$$ is a bit much right now,I'll wait watch the inter web feed back.

I have a brand new Ultrex so I am pretty far removed from considering a new TM. If it craps out on me outside of the warranty period, I'll consider all options at that time.

Have Lowrance on the boat, fishing with a Fortrex now and almost bought the Ultrex, heard the new motors were coming and decided to wait and see what offerings/features. I like the Ghost and features so I think I will become an early adopter. Fish a lot of deep water and this motor should work great for me.

Repair center?? They just ship you a refurb under warranty - after 2 years you just have to buy a new one... Works for their MFDs

I need to learn more about the newest ones before I make a choice. I like what I hear about the Lowrance unit.
