2014 Mercury 50 hp tiller problems

I recently bought this used from a dealer. I put it on a 16' LUND SSV. Took it out for the first time started going all seemed well. Went to wot for about 2 minutes then 3 beeps and rough running. Backed off checked the pee hole and oil no reason for it. So I thought maybe over revving. Would never rev up again back to the trailer.

What at pitch prop should be on this motor. It currently has a 12 pitch 10.5 diameter. Everything I read says it should be a 12.5 and more like a 16 pitch.

Nice speaking with you on the phone. Get this in for PRINTOUTS of the:

-Run History
-Freeze Frame (Fault) History

If the engine continued to issue alarms after you came back to idle, and would not accelerate, the problem was not "propeller selection".
