id start about 1 1/4 out from seated and adjust/says EVINRUDE AND JOHNSON MTRS heeeeeeheeee they always come back

HeeeeHeeee not quite Joe, working on a Pontoon to help a friend out, I don't have a black tool in my box. They are all blue. Thanks for the help. Not going to waste the money for a manual, just rebuilding the carbs.
