    Drew Brees

very classy speech just given while accepting his ESPY...

"Being a winner is more than getting a first place trophy, it is acting like the effort was an honor and the trophy is just a decoration."

"A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him"

He is such a loyal backer for his alma mater. What a great representative for Purdue. Not too many like him around.

How many QBs mailed EVERYONE that ever caught a TD pass from them a thank you gift when they broke the record? Small group of people of course that may ever be able to break those records....but that says a lot about the guy! That was a great brees story too. Too bad the NFL doesnt like him. Dude has been on the bad end of some luck during game time. Vikings game...and then the shadiest no call ever LA Rams game!

He bought an original John Wooden Purdue basketball jersey for $264k at auction and then donated it to Purdue so they could put it on display.
