    223?

Any word that Charger May build their updated version of the 223 like they did with the 210? Looking at a 210 but I’d wait for a 223 if it was in the works.

Believe they need to stick with what they have and update the Charger models and redo the dash on the 210 and 198 to take a 12 inch graph and they would be set. No need to keep splashing other hulls they have the best. They just need to be updated!!!

223 is a beast, if they build em they sell. I think the 188 would be a better "next hull" to fill the gap. 188, 198 an 210 would round out the models in size, HP and price. It appears Charger is focusing on the new hulls, shame some of the old ones were dandies.

Yep the 223 wedge hull is a big reservoir legend here in Texas. I just need them to build one lol.

Not familiar with the 596 - tell me a bit about it. Rough water ride is what matters to me. Ride compared to the 210?

About the part in red; you want a 596!! The 596 will be better than the 210. Not night and day better but better none the less.

The 596 was built for loz it will get on plane and run 40-50 on a Saturday on that lake.I have given numerous rides and all were blown away. The second best boat charger built was the 797 for that washing machine lake.I guess you can look at this way I still have my 2000 596 and would not trade for anything if Iam on that lake.Wait I did buy a 2700 extreme playcraft but that a totally different conversation

It sounds like a perfect option for big water here in Texas. That 2700 might do just as well :)

It would be nice but the Champion heritage is going to sell more boats than an updated Charger hull. I am a big Champion fan. I had a 202 but my 195 Charger rides better than any Champion I've ever been in. It wont turn as sharp as a Champion though. Those things turn like they are on rails.

I would think updating the 6 would be a winner that way they can sell to champ and charger and new guys looking. They sold a lot of chargers from mid 80s to mid 2000

By all rights the 198 and 210 hull are outdated. They both around 15 years old give or take.
