Is the Flow-Rite valve in the Recirc position?

Is the Flow-Rite Aerator head pushed in?

Your pump impeller could be damaged/loose or could have trash in the valve if it is routed through the valve.

From your original post, the fill? It should be in the bilge down on the step and should have a screen over it on the outside to keep trash out. I'm not really with the Legend livewell systems. On Champs, the livewell fill (Aerate) does not run through the drain valve. Our "Hydro" is the recirc pump and is just a loop from the bottom of the livewell back up to the top through another aerator spray head. Our drain control is only open & closed.

If your Aerate pump is the recirculation pump, then that is where you need to look. Something is keeping it from pumping water up to the recirc aerator head.

So, if I totally muddied up the water for you, I apologize!
